The author has produced a really practical and comprehensive book on the subject of diseases of, the throat, nose and ear. The arrangement is excellent. The subject has been treated in a thoroughly practical manner. A chapter is devoted to the instruments required and to general considerations and notetaking. As each region is dealt with in detail, the special methods of examination for each are given first and then the diseases and treatment discussed.
